Please Note:

The BTI-038 Bluetooth transmitter must be connected to your TV by the optical cable if you watch the digital TV program like Netflix, Roku, Chromecast, Amazon Prime Video, or Amazon Fire Stick etc,. And you need to check below settings on TV.

  • Settings—>Sound—>Sound Out—>Optical—>PCM/Stereo
  • Homepage—>System Settings—>Image and Sound—>Voice Setting—>Digital Audio Output—>PCM/LPCM
  • If LG/Panasonic TV, please set TV audio output to SPDIF output.
  • If Samsung TV, please turn on its external speakers (Steps: Menu–>Sound–>Speaker Settings–>External Speakers–>ON.)
